to expose hypocracy in democracy, with truth in politics.

Crazier than Fame and more fun than Wayne's World
Art's story begins when he graduates from bible college
and moves to the big bad city, where everything happens.

Art does what every artist does - anything for a buck
to stay alive, as a courier on skates, dance instructor
hip cafe waiter, and cultural promoter extraordinaire.

The cultural community accepts Art's strange ways
and Art is elected as Art Party Candidate for Mayor.
The Art Party is a theatrical piece that mushrooms.

Art creates a platform in minutes & calls the media daily.
It seems he's determined to start a cultural revolution,
advocating full voting rights for children of all ages,
more art in the city and more sex on Sundays.

Art will do anything to get his message across,
and anything for an audience, which in the eyes
of the media is scandalous. Art campaigns for truth
but winds up being thrown in jail. (on camera of course)

Needless to say, Art loses the election
but he wins the girl and gets to keep
two of his campaign promises
